  Matt Evans from Certified Reverse Mortgage is someone who I feel I have come to know going through this process, as a person and friend who I respect and trust. Matt is consistently professional, knowledgeable, very kind, and patient with people. Another attribute of his is, if he doesn't have the answer he gets it asap and always returns phone calls with the same speed, he explains things until you completely understand everything, he allows you to ask any many questions as it takes, and no question is a stupid one. The figures and process starts out looking like mud but ends up being crystal clear because he gives you his full attention and time. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking now or in the future for a stellar person to handle their reverse mortgage, or refinance, you won't regret it, he's the man, and you will be blessed and more educated and the process will be completed, in a very timely manner as well.

  Mortgages can be complex and a reverse mortgage is no exception. And, because government guidelines, a reverse can be a bit more complicated than a conventional mortgage. The good news is the Matt and Shelly at Certified Reverse Mortgage made the process much easier. They were in constant contact with me and handled all the complex processes behind the scene. Because of their professionalism, my loan closed on time with very little difficulty. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reverse mortgage to contact Certified before making a final decision on who to use in their loan process. I am glad I did.

  Matt Evans and his team have been amazing! They have been there from day one to answer every question (silly or not) and lead the way through the entire reverse mortgage process. They continue to support us in the most professional manner even though our loan closed this past November.2017. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  Mr. Evans came to our home and met with our entire family. His professionalism and patience were what made him stand out. We were speaking with a few other "specialists", and felt pressured and as though we couldn't get a straight answer. Mr. Evans answered all of our questions so that we understood everything about our decision.
