  The process of dealing with a financial hardship is difficult in and of itself, but that is usually compounded with a feeling of helplessness. I lost money from another company that took my money and never contacted me or returns my calls after I paid them. I attempted with OCWEN for two years on my own with no success of getting our loan approved for medication. Our home went into foreclosure and thanks to Tracy Wright and Stephen Kennedy of Premier One Mortgage Solutions was understanding and available throughout the journey to prevent the foreclosure from happening.   After trying over and over to get both of our mortgage companies to agree to a modification, the frustration was beyond belief. We received a call from Nicki Lancaster and after our failed attempts by ourself we went with Ms. Lancaster and Premier One. They were able to get modifications that lowered our payments on both loans and we are currently in a trial modification. We were able to provide all the necessary documentation required to Ms. Lancaster who was instrumental in working with us and the mortgage companies. Ms. Lancaster was available to speak on the phone or email and was quick to respond. She provided follow up details during the process. We highly recommend Ms. Lancaster and the staff at Premier One Mortgage Solutions for assistance in your home loan modifications.

  I was in a really bad situation after my mom passed away and i reached out to Premier One. I got Nicki Lancaster. She was AMAZING! saved my home and walked me through every single question and detail. Followed up weekly and even after my 3rd trial payment was done, continued to help me. every single penny that was spent on this company was worth it. To have someone so diligent in their job is very far fetched and i am truly happy that i was able to get someone who was/is. From a distance you make a friend and i wouldnt change a thing!   We received a letter in the mail about three months ago offering assistance. I was highly skeptical but for some reason, I made the call. We were put in touch with Nicki and she spent a ton of time understanding our obligations and needs - really getting to know us and our goals in the process. She then spent a few weeks reviewing our finances, our current loan and every option she could find available to us and then proposed a few options. She communicated promptly, truthfully and showed sincere compassion for our difficulties and at every opportunity helped us find a way around obstacles. She and Stephen (our underwriter) were trustworthy, determined, knowledgeable, and thorough to find us the best deal possible. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we couldn't be more thankful for their help in staying in our home.

  I just want everyone to know how fabulous Nicki and her team are. Nicki did not know me but she knew my situation. She was a total stranger willing to explain all of our options and in great detail. She is very knowledgeable and patient. No question is to big or to small. She gets back with you right away. Which is very helpful and comforting when you are in a stressful financial situation. I can not praise her enough. I feel that I am truly blessed for her kindness and her help.
