  Ira and another lady at this location is very disrespectful. They do not care and definitely do not try and work with you on things. They will refer to your efforts as “worthless and pointless” The deals always end up being horrible. I purchased my first car here and was paying more for the car then what it was worth especially when it started giving me issues within the first year. Save yourself time and respect by looking around at other places. If I could give it zero stars I would.

  i truly do not know why they have bad reviews!! This company is truly amazing. i got a car in may 2018 i was in an accident 1 month later. no fault of my own! my insurance paid off the car and national auto called me and advised me that i could come in and get another car with 0 down payment. now this car is almost paid off. they are all so nice and they really work with you. Ira is great as well and when i had my accident Ira was in constant contact with me. I will always purchase cars through them!! I am sure people have reason for bad reviews but I just wanted to say as long as you PAY your car note or if you cant pay they'll work with you AS LONG AS YOU COMMUNICATE with them!! seriously id give 20 stars!!! thank you century lending!!   They are very rude and have no customer service skills. The was of how they threaten ppl is un real. Granted i know a company like this helps for ppl that fall on hard times and need a car. But they will be the last if never resort of spots to deal with. But Victor is cool

  I see a lot of bad reviews about Ira ... I have to be honest and say that Ira has been great with me. ( I have been with them ( financed ) for over a year. Very respectful as well as understanding. Worked with me on payments ( especially during Covid ). I feel if you give them respect they in return will give you respect back.

  I cannot wait to pay the rest of my car off… I will NEVER use them again… and I keep people far away from this dealership… they sell lemons all day!

  Don't finance with them. Plus isn't it illegal for auto dealership to charge for cars and finance the same car. They just gave a part of the dealership another name to prey on people. I received a threating call about me being one day late on payment and saying since I re-financed..i did not know it was refinanced they told me signing papers it was a adding on and how much it was. I tried to make payment online and was told account number was changed and it was re-financed to which the car i brought broke down after 6 months and I paid repairs from the shop but they added into payments and called it refinance. Don't don't buy from them they are nice thats how the get you and then turn into evil spirits. They say one payment missed and repossession. The other negative reviews are indications of how they really are. Just cause you been in business for years does not mean that one day karma does not get you. You may gain on earth but heaven awaits. Treat people with respect.

  If you can avoid this place PLEASE, PLEASE do. It is the worse. I have a car with National Auto. You cannot be a day later without them calling, emailing or texting you. Even through covid when I loss my job, I was getting threatening text and email about repossession even though I called and let them know my situation. The manager even asked if I had received the situmlus check as if I would receive it and NOT pay my bills. Do not use them.

  Diana Is One of the most rudest people i have aver met. All she cares about is money she is 2 faced one day she calls you all sweet and another she calls you acting all up. Trust the reviews dont finance with this company. Just dont all these reviews that are 5 stars are all lies. If you are one day late they blow your phone. This company doesnt understand other peoples situation they are just horrible. Honestly all they need to do is get rid of Diana she is just rude and should not be allowed to speak to customers the way she does.

  I would not recommend getting a car from this car lot they are rude it’s ridiculous they don’t give arrangements on your payments don’t care if you fall on hard times they are all for the money DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE.
