  I was the executor of an estate that was selling a home in Melrose, Mass and Bill Donohue was the broker I engaged to market the property. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bill. Although the home was located in a very desirable section of Melrose, the property itself had some characteristics that made it more difficult to sell. Bill provided assistance in a number of areas that I might not have received from other brokers. I was located 50 miles away and he stepped in to get several things done in order to get the house ready for sale. Additionally, his years of experience helped tremendously in getting through the negotiation process when an interested buyer was found. I strongly recommend using Bill in selling any residential real estate. I would engage his services without any hesitation.

  Sexton and Donahue treated my elderly parents terribly. They got them to sign to list their house with them than the next day told them they couldn’t show the house because they were going on vacation and had a birthday party. They also told a buyer they wouldn’t take their offer without consulting my parents. If you want professional service and honest representation do not choose Sexton and Donahue. They provided deceptive service and were more concerned w pleasing the buyers! Seller beware!

  Century 21 helped us sell and buy a new home in Melrose, just a few short months ago. Jill listened to us our needs and the needs of our three very picky kids. The task we gave Jill was quite difficult one, our time line was tight and we had about a six block radius we wanted to stay in. Jill worked tirelessly to find us our perfect new home, might I add four streets away from our old home. She was calming when I was nuts, she was firmer when I was loose, she was sensitive to my love of my old home and understanding of my fears. Change is not easy but in the end this change was perfect for me and my family. I could not thank Jill Leeman enough for striking up a conversation with me at a basketball game about selling my home and getting a new one! Though I have privately thanked her many times I want to publicly say thank you so much Jill!!!
