  Horrible company. If you don't mind doing your personal job while being a real estate agent on the side, then this company is perfect for you. Totally lacking of any management, accountability or interest in performing personal duties. I experienced a roach infestation (>50 roaches) with a lackadaisical response from the agency, slow responses for general maintenance, and failure to communicate about returning my security deposit. I loved my apartment, but I am thankful to be no longer dealing with this retirement home. Good luck to anyone who chooses to brave this nonsense.

  Alex is the best landlord/agent that we have ever worked with. He went out of his way to find a rental that was a good fit for our family. Our place was spotless when we moved in and the only issue we ever had, with the shower, was fixed within 12 hours of emailing him.

  I was their tenant for 3.5 years. The few times i needed help they were responsive. They played by the terms of the contract, I did too. They refunded my entire security deposit and my pet deposit. That's 5 stars in my book.

  I had a great experience with Century 21 Gawen Realty. They were more than fair in their business dealings and the best deal around the North Arlington area.
