  Joanna at Century 21 Lindsey & Pauley went above and beyond my expectations during the home selling and buying process. I was given great recommendations prior to my previous home sale and Joanna worked hard to get us the best contract. When we were ready to purchase our new home Joanna was available any time of day to answer our questions and was always responsive. She walked us through each step of the process and made the entire experience effortless on our part. The Century 21 Lindsey & Pauley agency provides a sense of comfort and confidence during a very stressful process.   LOVE Century 21 Lindsey & Pauley!!! I cannot emphasize enough on how positive of an experience we had with Joanna Kearns. She is always kind and respectful. She responds extremely quick in all communications forms; email, text, phone call. At one point in our home search we backed out of an offer we had put in on a house. When my husband called to have that tough conversation with Joanna, she was nothing but kind and understanding. Then when we were ready to start back with our home search, she welcomed us with open arms! Joanna is so knowledgeable and has a detailed answer for every question my husband or I had (which was many). She has many connections in the community and was able to refer us to a trusted inspector, someone to pump the septic tank and an exterminator. Joanna is very respected by others in her profession and treats everyone she comes in contact with, with great hospitality. Joanna makes what is typically a stressful situation, very calming. Joanna made our home search as easy as possible. She was able to get our home sold in less than one day! She goes above and beyond on all areas of service! So thankful for Joanna and so pleased with our buying/selling experience. You can’t go wrong by choosing Century 21 Lindsey & Pauley!
