  Tom Aitken was our listing agent for a condo we were selling in North Charleston, SC. It took us just one meeting with Tom to make us comfortable and confident that Tom would be the right person to help us sell our home. Tom is hardworking, professional and resourceful. He is always available whenever we needed to get a hold of him or having a sit-down discussion. His effort in marketing our home was outstanding, though he did not make an effort to show it! Tom is thoughtful and considerate for his client, so any decisions and adjustments made during the selling process were well thought out and very much in line with our benefits as the seller.   I purchased my first home with Anna Paul’s help and I couldn’t have been happier with the job she did. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She took my complete lack of real estate knowledge in stride and answered (honestly and candidly) every dumb question I could come up with. When I fell in love with terrible homes she was supportive but pointed out specific problems and explained potential points of concern; at no point did I feel any pressure to make an offer on a home that wasn’t perfect. I quickly came to trust her instincts. She was always available when I would send her messages, more than once we toured potential homes less than a day from when I first saw the listing. In such a competitive market as Charleston this kind of availability was crucial. Once I was ready to make an offer Anna was invaluable in helping me prepare and schedule inspections. In less than four days she was able to put together a very competitive offer in time for the offer review date.   I had a wonderful experience with Century 21 Expert Advisors. Christie Faircloth-Dixon was our realtor. I've known her since college and I was so nervous being a first time homebuyer. She was there for us every step of the way and explained every little question in detail. She was a fantastic guide through the entire process and let us make the decisions we needed to, while offering advice when we came upon something we needed.   Jason, Stacey & Caroline are a fantastic team. They can actually get you above asking price for your house. They see potential in every property even if it needs a little work.   I want to recommend Jason Wang as an expert advisor, an outstanding, focused, and very helpful agent. After we put our home up for sale Jason contacted us and we met to discuss strategies for selling. He offered exceptionally good advise, clear guidelines, and an excellent analysis of the local market. He also laid out a plan for the sale and suggested that he could sell the house within 30 days. We took down our original ad and followed Jason's pan and when we went live again for sale, the house got an offer in two days and sold within 30 days. Jason stayed in contact with us, answered all our questions, and the sale went without a single problem, also facilitated by his backup sales team. I absolutely recommend Jason, he is polite, intelligent, and very well spoken; I'm sure he can help you sell your home!

  Selling a house is stressful. Selling a 3500 sq. ft. house where the new owners want possession in 15 days is very stressful! Forget about finding a new house where I can move into 15 days is super, super stressful! Terri Lee London was able to keep my wife and I calm throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive (even in the late evenings) and very knowledgeable. We closed the sale and closed the purchase almost in the same day. I would highly recommend Ms. London to any client, she is the best.
