  Centric provides excellent service and truly cares about the individuals. Each time I walk into the center, someone greets me with a warm welcome! Anytime a concern has come up on my account, the Centric team is quick to figure out a solution! They provide all sorts of resources beyond just simple banking! They have helped me with several different life steps! I love my credit union!

  This is my first ever having an account at a federal credit union. Now I see why so many people highly recommended Centric. They are friendly and so very helpful. Absolutely adore them. I recommend federal credit union to people.

  Worst customer service I have ever received from a business. Little to no communication provided. Charges added to account (over $5,000) without letting me know. Over 6 months of working on a loan, passed through 3 employees, & no emails returned to have loan finalized (keep in mind I was making payments, actually doubling them, for the entirety of the bank to settle the issues that they were having). Failure to cash checks when sent to bank. No answer to emails or calls when made or sent. Wouldn’t recommend this bank/ credit union to anyone.

  Terrible customer service. Long wait times. Waited 1 hour at the drive through just to pick up a credit card that i had made because their credit card machine broke. And then the new cards got declined when I attempted to use them.

  If you have your money anywhere else, move it now. This is the best team of people I've ever had the privilege to work with. They truly have their customers at the center of everything they do.

  Over the last year I have had nothing but trouble from Centric. (1)I was stranded one Saturday evening with no gas, no money. Stuck at a gas station with over $5,000.00 in my account and my cards were deactivated by Centric. (2) I was out of town with my cards deactivated by Centric and no way to pay for my trip or even get home. I had plenty of money, thousands. (3) I put all of my paycheck in my checking one Friday to find @ aroun6:00 pm my cards were not working again due to maintenance issues. (4) Cards were disabled because I was 11 days late paying a loan thru them. No call. No warnings. Just stranded again. Today I withdrew all of my money from this place and closed my accounts. I cannot trust this place with my money. I hate the feeling of not knowing if and when my cards will work. BEWARE!!!!!!

  Good place if you want to build your credit. Employees are very professional and answer every question to the best of their knowledge.
