  The last 9 months have been a whirlwind, and our business would not have survived without the help of John Dean and his team at Centric Bank.   I have had very negative experiences with this bank. From the initiation of my loan through the final payoff, my experience was marred by poor customer service and hidden tacked on fees. I initially chose Centric for my business loan because I wanted a smaller bank with better customer service but they disappointed me every step along the way.
