      This is my first insurance company that I have had since becoming an "adult" meaning no longer on my parents insurance. They cover our home and auto. They have been amazing, just recently my husbands car got broken into and we did not know what the protocol was. It was late in the evening and I called and left a message, they immediately called back and walked me through everything I needed to do and what to expect. Exceptional service and for someone who does not know much about the procedures, he did a great job explaining and making sure I understood. I recommend 100%!

      Its great to have a insurance agent that you know , trust and has your back when dealing with the insurance company. I know from my own experience when dealing with my claim on my house Dave was there to answer questions and push the adjuster to get things moving. We are luck to have a home town boy who cares for the people come back and run Central Insurance.

      Really nice company, with super friendly, and cool employees, yes you actually get to interact with real people, not some poorly designed robot sending you in circles as most companies do, I highly recommend them, they are a pleasure to work with and they saved me lots of money on my car insurance

      The lady who runs it is so nice and helpful. The only thing is she helps run the store next door so sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to get help. That's small businesses for ya.
