      I've banked with Central Bank for nearly 30 years. Although there are several banks close to my home, I drive 20 minutes to the Central Bank nearest to me. Their genuine concern for their customers is unparalleled and worth every extra mile. I will never bank with anyone else! Marty Ward

      All of the inconveniences of a small bank and none of the benefits. Getting answers about your account can be a struggle. If you have a question, there's a chance you'll be told to wait for someone to call you back, which may or may not actually happen. When I spoke with a manager on 7/5/2019, he sounded completely disinterested in my question, was condescending, and failed to offer even a good faith resolution. If you use online systems for paying your bills or tracking information(Such as Experian Credit Boost), your experience is likely to be dicey, as many national systems don't recognize the bank. Depending on your situation, you're likely to be better off either going with a national bank with more developed infrastructure or a smaller credit union with better customer service. Either way, Central Bank of Kentucky sits in the middle and only offers you the worst of both worlds.

      Everyone there was just wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Service was great and customer focused. We were treated very well, just like we were old friends. I recommend them highly. I looked around at several banks in the area but most of the reviews were from people who had not been treated right. If you go to Central Bank, they will treat you right!

      My husband and I have been with this bank for two years. All easy to deal with, very nice and professional tellers. Telephone service could be better if it wasn't outsourced with limited access in the evening hours but other than that very happy
