  We tried working with Tom Freppon to get pre approved for a loan. After sending him all our info I waited for a week and a half. We were patiently Waiting to hear back from him I had to call him back and the first couple times I couldn’t get a hold of him. When I did finally get a hold of him he said we were good to go to start looking for houses. He never sent any preappoval letter or anything. A week later I get a letter in the mail from Stockton saying that they need a few more items for the preapproval. I tried calling Tom several times and left several messages and never heard back. He has wasted a few a weeks of my time and I am going with another mortgage company

  Tom was awesome to work with. Helped in getting us a great rate when the timing was perfect. Repeat customers, bought our first house with him 8 years ago. If he is still doing it 30 years from now when we downsize will use him again!

  I had the best experience with Stockton Mortgage and Mike Eubanks. Mike and his team were very quick and responsive. Mike worked with us to get the very best mortgage he could and he even got us pre-approved while he was on vacation!
