  I paid off my car loan and they lost the title. I'm still waiting for the title almost a month later. When calling to get updates... they hung up on me.

  I took my 6-year-old in to setup a new savings account, and all I can say is WOW. Connie absolutely made his day. Their savings account program for kids is hands down the best out there, and the entire staff was incredible to my son. He already wants to go back and deposit more money 😂 Thank you Central Bank and Connie for an incredible experience.

  Central Bank has been the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I really feel the small town family feeling when I'm in there. I own a construction business and they have always been very willing to help with any of my accounts or loans when needed. Everyone in my family trusts Central Bank and they're the only bank that I trust with my Business. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Convenient location. Great customer service. The employees know me and are always ready to help. Very clean and comfortable to go visit. The employees are always eager to help with my banking needs and are kind and patient with my children. Sometimes the bank isn’t a pleasant experience, but it always is at the Lehi Central Bank!

  I love this bank! I am known by name and always greeted with a smile. Not only do I bank with them personally but they are also our bank for our business. Central Bank is by far the best bank around. There is something to be said when your kids grow up, get married and keep their accounts right where they are. Kelly, Rick and Doug are amazing, always there to help when needed.

  I have been working with Central Bank for more than 10 years now, and have never failed to be greeted with a smile and have people handle my transactions with professional grace. They have helped me when someone accessed my account without my permission and I for one was overjoyed to get their help! I love these guys!

  I Love this bank!!! The workers are friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the small town feel I get when I go to the bank. Great to work with people that treat you like a person and not just an account.

  Love this bank, been going here for years. Always excellent customer service inside and in the drive up. This guy Ryan is my favorite after he helped me when my card got blocked while I was out of the country. I only had that one card with me and I called the branch freaking out. Honestly, I was probably kind of rude. Ryan stayed so cool and professional, he calmed me down and helped me get the card sorted out right away. I've worked in customer service and if I called me sounding that mad, I probably wouldn't have been that nice. It's great when you can tell the employees understand where you're coming from.

  Won't visit the Lehi Branch anymore,the gal at window doesn't even great you after you say good morning/afternoon, and then Customer Service Rep tells you she will do something but when you come back within the hour cause she didnt finish the paperwork and you find out you didn't have a Meeting of the minds and so she gets mad and didn't do what she said she was going to do earlier. From now on I'll go the extra miles and work with American Fork Branch much better customer service! I hope they don't disappoint.

  You couldn't ask for a better banking experience than the one you get at Central Bank in Lehi. When you walk in you are greeted by name and everyone is so friendly. Doug has helped get my family get auto loans quickly and at great rates and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend using Central Bank!
