  I have been a customer at this branch since 2016. Ruthie was the person who setup all of my accounts. Ruthie helped me again, today, with a credit card. Ruthie is absolutely wonderful to work with. Banking with Ruthie is like banking was 20 years ago; professional but also personal and so customer focused. If anyone is looking for a new bank, go to this branch of Central Bank of the Midwest and ask for Ruthie.

  Love this bank. Been with them since 2000 when it was Metcalf Bank. When we moved to Liberty, there weren't any locations here. We had to go to Independence or Blue Springs to bank. Their service was and is well worth the trip.

  I just opened my checking and savings with Central Bank today at Shoal Creek and I am very impressed. Ruthey Isisaki was beyond helpful and made it simple for me to understand the best way to go about things. I’m 19 about to turn 20 and really took into consideration about how to help me save money.   The team at central bank that handled my business knows what they’re doing and how to take care of their customers. I did a refinancing here and the team was fantastic. They made everything simple and easy to follow. Then when needed went out of their way to help with my documents. Anita is highly recommended and a pleasure to work with.

  Central Bank made opening a Small Business account incredibly easy. We had not made an appointment and were working with a deadline and they make it happen. We visited one location that was too busy to accommodate us before end of day, so they called and sent us to another. Ruthey was waiting for us and walked us through the process, educating us along the way. We are grateful for how easy and enjoyable this was! Thanks, Ruthey!

  Opened 3 accounts in last two days. One for teen and 2 for grandkids. Grandkids account is kids saving and right now if you open a kids saving age 2-17 and deposit $5.00 you get $5.00 from the bank. Now through December. Sandy and Casey are sweet lady's you will get to meet. Sandy is lady you open accounts with she is very nice. Casey is talking to the kids.
