  The customer service is next to none. Friendliness defines the staff at this branch. They treat you like a family. I was shocked when I got a call on my birthday from one of the staff. To take the time and call a customer on their birthday tells they care a lot about you.

  I previously reviewed negatively. I have reconsidered my position since the bank manager reached out to me to try and rectify my issues. Sadly, I cannot find my review to do an update. I’m not a fan of banks this large. However they are striving to provide service similar to smaller banks. The personal bankers are awesome.

  Larry is the most helpful man I've ever had in banking the crew in parkville is the most wonderful accommodating people I've ever had at any Bank I will be with that bank forever

  Been with the Central Bank through each change over love the ladies at Parkville off 45 Hwy been at the same location for over 20 yrs I don't plan on going else were every problem I've made they made it a priority to fix thank you ladies

  This is not my personal bank, but they hold the neighborhood's account, which I manage. We chose them because they are great community partners. They are always very kind, remember us, and go above and beyond to treat us like we matter.

  Gone downhill since it changed from Platte Valley Bank. Probably not a branch problem but it takes awhile to get a hold of somebody on the phone for a couple simple questions. With that said, they helped me out quite a bit with my accounts over the phone.

  I went to their seminar called "Eat & Educate". They provided pretty useful speech about funding. (Look like every month has different topic) I always love the bankers show you how they work with their customers instead of pushing them. Although I am with other bank, I would consider about them in the future :)

  The staff and location of Platte Valley Bank is excellent. Our People KC networking group meets here every Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. and they have always been super kind and generous to us. Highly recommend them for your needs!
