  The women at this bank are very rude! They would always tell me I had to go out and use the ATM to withdraw money but they would let my husband do it inside… I have had multiple incidents is like this, I live in Odessa, but I took my business to the oak grove branch. They are outstanding.

  I myself personally do you Central Bank as well as Bank of America. I actually opened the central bank account because when I lived out in Higginsville there was not a Bank of America within 40 miles so anytime I need an ATM I had to pay the ATM fee plus Bank of America's being for using a foreign ATM. Needless to say it made me feel a whole lot better sign up with Central Bank because they informed me that if I use a foreign ATM to bring them the receipt and they reimbursed for the fee.

  ODESSA CITIZENS AVOID THIS BRANCH AND BANK! Condescending, unwilling to listen, unable to understand evidence-based logic and ethics. Becky wouldn't cash their own check.

  They are pretty good if you talk to the workers in odessa, only really get problems when you talk to the warrensburg branch.
