      THE NOLAND BRANCH IS THE BEST, THEY'RE VERY FRIENDLY AND HAVE GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE. THEY EVEN MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. I PULL UP TO THE BANK AND THEY GREET ME BY MY NAME, MAKES ME FEEL LOVED.

      I have been banking at this location for years and the staff is amazing and very friendly. I wont even go to a closer location because they make me feel like family. Always willing to help whether I call or show up with any questions. They know me by name and the service is fast and efficient. Thank you guys.

      This branch is just as bad if not worse then their lees summit branch! ZERO customer service skills and every female i have interacted with has been extremely rude! I do not recommend this bank to anyone
