  I love this branch...I will never go anywhere else. Beth got myself and my husband established there and help us with anything we may need. Then my husband unexpectedly passed away Beth and Lacy both helped me with everything from banking and beyond. I'm sure I couldn't have done it without them. So professional, knowledgeable and friendly... I would even consider them my friends.

  Please 🙏 don't ever go totally automated. I absolutely love your customer service here in Gardner, Kansas and always have. They have all been super helpful to me over all the years I've been doing business with you all!!!! I've even referred my friends to bank here due to your personal assistance... we love it!

  I love this branch. I do most of my business in the lobby and all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful.Lacey is my go to when I come in but Beth and Caitlyn never disappoint on their service either. Around Christmas time I needed help with some of my documents and Beth did not hesitate to assist me in Lacey's absence they all seem to communicate with each other and work as a team which in turns makes me as the customer want to continue to do business with everyone in that branch. If I could give 10 stars I would but google only allows 5.

  Service they provide is second 2 none. Having multiple accounts with this branch for over 5 years now I wouldn't dream of going to another. Laci, Beth, and Katrina are absolutely the best.

  The staff is so helpful and incredibly accommodating. They always greet me by name and take time to talk to my kids. Excellent service, every time.

  It's a bank...they have some of my money...they let me have some occasionally...that's nice of them... In all seriousness though, they're a good bank and have treated me and mine very well.
