Chuck Bennett5I love the service here. Anh takes great care of me everytime on come in. I've been to some of the other branches but they don't compare. Running a business and moving money around can be hectic. They're always help me with a smile and absolutely fantastic to work with.

ashley morgan1Can’t get change if you don’t have an account??? But I could to Price Chopper across the street and get change. Not even a bank. You can’t change from the bank???? Never will the way you treat non customers. Train your tellers to read deposit slips correctly.

charles shotton1Just moved my residence and business to Blue Springs. Building on an acreage. First week in town, went to this bank to change a $100 bill since it was closest to my. House. I was asked for ID then if I had an account. I said no she said we can not make change for you if you don't have an account. I told her I did not have a bank here yet and just today moved into town. She said that's the policy. I said That is such poor service you just lost a potential customer. Out of spite I then went to US Bank across the street and transfered my business / personal savings accounts there from Omaha since there were no Wells Fargo banks in Blue Springs. They were Very happy to welcome me and my accounts. I was so disappointed in this bank I called customer service to discuss this matter and was told the wait is 8 minutes. Needless to say I deposited the max insured by the FDIC and made trips to two other banks. I wouldnrate a Zero of possible. Thank you. Charles.

Michael Van Heel2Website says there open till 6pm in drive thru but have been there a few times and it was closed early and couldn't deposit money and got charged a late fee, verry frustrating.
