  I think the 6 street location is Amazing! Everyone is exceptional, very kind, so helpful and professional.Whenever i make a mistake on my online banking or anything else they are right there to help! It truly feels like they are family. Especially Angie Pearson she is super fantastic and simple cannot be beaten with her extensive knowledge and if she does not she will find the answer, what more can you expect .

  This is the best bank I’ve ever used! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They know my husband and I by name and go above and beyond! Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

  So glad that we started the process of moving away from Bank of America! Was getting tired of their non Hometown feel. With the closure of drive-through tellers and other cut backs, while increasing fees really made us mad. Move forward to Central Bank of the Midwest.... we have been thoroughly happy with our treatment coming here. They make us feel like we are part of their organization in their Hometown, not from North Carolina ownership. If you live in the Kansas City area, highly recommend that you begin the process of changing Financial organizations to Central Bank of the Midwest!

  This is the best branch in the system. The staff is always friendly and courteous. From the tellers to the loan officer and manager the staff is top notch. They smile and make you feel special no matter what.
