  I worked with Elly Claussen, a Loan Officer at Mid America Bank, on a real estate transaction recently and she was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond her call of duty to keep the transaction moving forward and to make sure we could close in a timely manner. She was willing to put in the extra effort and time that most would not. I highly recommend Elly for your next loan.   We cannot say enough good things about Elly Claussen at Mid-America. We were originally working with another bank who drew our land purchase out for 3 months, but then we switched over to Elly. She bent over backwards to close in an incredibly short amount of time. The customer service we received was the best we’ve received anywhere. She made the process seamless and headache free. If we didn’t have Elly, our land purchase wouldn’t have happened. She is definitely someone you want on your team!

  HIGHLY recommend going to Mid-America Bank AND you MUST request Elly Claussen as your loan advisor!! We went to them for our FIRST HOME PURCHASE as a young married couple. And I'm so thankful we did! The company is phenomenal and Elly is a BEAST at all things home, loan, financing related! She was so response, attentive, and always available for us throughout the process -- even when we were pretty early on just trying to run numbers and figure out what budget we were most comfortable at. She also spent a "dream hour" on the phone with us and helped expand my husband and I's vision of what was possible with the money we had saved up for a house. It was so fun! I realized you want someone in the trenches with you that is easy to get in touch with and loves answering every little question along the way....(even my anxious calls and texts during the unwriting process). And to top it all off, the negotiation skills and strategies she shared with us saved us THOUSANDS when the appraisal came in under contract price. Elly is a rockstar and goes above and beyond in a way that exceeded all my expectations and I'm so glad we'll get to work with her for a long time in the future and on ANY of our future home/rental property purchases!
