  I’d just like to let those at the main office know this. I bank at the Veterans Parkway branch in Clarksville. These people are always very helpful and courteous. Today while looking on Facebook, in a group page, someone made the comment that they are preparing to move to this area. She asked everyone for their bank and why they liked it. Most responses said Centra but MANY of those suggested the Veterans Parkway branch and the biggest reason was the exceptional staff there! I hope this gets into the hands of someone that will congratulate these folks for a job WELL DONE!! They’re awesome!!

  They let me people hack my bank account with there week system and take a bunch money from me and they don’t put it back in ur account this place is trash workers are in on it to i have heard from people that work there

  Horrible customer service! Horrible online banking! Seymour location is beyond ridiculous! Update: 3 years after initial one star review and the only thing I would change is giving them less than one star. Customer service is horrid. This location is the worst credit union I have ever used. I wish there were more local options. Update #2: Still have nothing but problems with Centra. They deserve less than 1 star. Customer service is basic at best. No one ever seems to be in any hurry to help with issues. They normally just give excuses or even try to place blame on the customer. Literally have nothing good to say about my experiences with this company. I have called them 3 times today for the same issue. Received a different response from all customer service reps I have dealt with. And was told there was nothing that could be done about the issues right now...I shouldn’t be surprised. I always receive below average customer service.

  I want so badly to support our local credit union. Their staff is friendly and helpful. But the closing on our house was absolutely horrendous. We were told 48 hours before closing what we would need monetarily. And before that was given a very wide estimate. Honestly, it left us in a pickle. Without any savings. In a house that needed almost immediate repairs. First time home owners shouldn't be left in this situation. Still would rather bank here full time than a national bank. However, after our mortgage fiasco we continue to do both. They seem to be making an effort to update their systems.

  Always remember you can not access your money. You need to gain special permission from management to access your money. Rents due on Saturday the branch closes at noon. You think wow online banking is great you can just pay that way. Not with Centra. You will be greeted with a management hold with no notice. Bills can't get paid and you are evicted on Monday. Do not bank with Centra unless you have some credit cards that will cover your bills. You were warned. In the banks defence I should have attempted to pay rent before the first. That was irresponsible and wrong of me to wait until the due date.Also, the call center is always closed so do not even bother.

  I would give this bank a 0 on a five star rating system but I have to give a one star to post. I had an issue today. I called the number for the Seymour branch. Someone answered and I explained my issue. She couldn't help me and was extremely eager to transfer me to the Columbus call center. I was told by Columbus that I would need to calk Seymour branch. I called Seymour back and call went directly to Columbus. Then I got put on hold and then disconnected. Afer 37 years of banking with Centra I will be switching banks. I cannot tolerate their mistakes and lack of custimer service.

  The staff at this bank is somewhat friendly but some of them have no common scents. If you decide to bank at the Centra Credit Union in Seymour Indiana make sure you don't need a loan. You can have perfect credit (above 800) and still get the run around, also don't plan on getting anything notarized. Again no common scents, good luck. I am exploring my options and looking at moving to a different banking institution. I have had enough disrespect from this bank, again good luck.

  I love this bank! There are times the wait is a little long but only if you go when a lot of people are getting out of work or something. The ladies are so friendly and get you through there as quickly as they possibly can. Love banking at my Seymour Centra!

  Hi! Hey is been 2 days I have call literally 2 or 3 time a day hopping someone is going to pick up the phone but apparently we are not import as you saying in the phone! The reason I calling is because I can't come in because my job hrs. I will call another bank so I can take my own business there..

  Absolutely the worst credit union and worst Centra I have ever been to! Seymour location has no hospitality and questionably do their job. I have been with a credit union for over 15 years however after that visit I went straight next door to open an account!
