  Willing to work with you willing to answer any question anytime. Especially if your a first home buyer. David helped me out tremendously especially knowing I wasn’t for sure what a lot of the terms meant he broke everything down and took the time out of his day to walk me through the steps. Definitely would recommend going through them!

  David and his entire TEAM are truly amazing! They always go above and beyond! This will have been the second time using Bailey and Wood financial and let me tell you, I was nervous for the whole process. I did not know what to expect when buying my very first home! But David and his team made it a breeze! There was lots of communication, lots of follow up and lots of congratulations on your first home! Then when buying the second home, I knew exactly what to expect! I knew what I needed to get right away and get it sent over to Shelli! I know that in the future if I ever buy another home I can always count on David and his team! Not only are they a great business to work with but you can consider them friends and family! I will always choose Bailey and wood financial group and I will always tell my friends and family to go through them as they are just simply AMAZING and a blessing!

  David Helped me close on my first home loan. It was closed in 20 days, from start to finish! He replied back in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. The app they used lets you know every step and when a new process starts. I would definitely recommend Bailey and Woods!
