  I have an Auto Loan thru this Credit Union. And I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. I have had many issues in my personal life causing my payments to be late at times and this company has worked with me every step of the way. I used to mail in my payments then I found out I can make my payments at one of their many locations. I went to the one in Carmel and couldn't have been more please with my experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will continue to make my payments there and will gladly refer everyone I know. ✌️❤️

  Carmel branch saved the day, I believe the young man was TJ , very friendly staff at this location. He was able to get me my bank cards that Shadeland branch was not.

  Cozy little branch of Centra located on the west side of town. No drive through, and not open on the weekends, but has an ATM located on the exterior of the building. Quick and friendly service, glad to have a branch near.

  Fraudulent credit union. Refuses to take regular payments but charges you extra when they say you havent paid. This has been the worst experience ive ever had with any credit union. Its a simple fix but they wont fix it because they are squeezing more money out of everyone.

  Very polite and personable employees. The location is a bit out of the way, but would rather make the trip to Carmel, than use the Indy location. Great service!

  Nothing is easy when dealing with this bank. The Carmel location looks like its stuck in the early 2000s, dated and ugly.
