  Working with Jon Knight and his team was by far the easiest refinance we've ever had. The documentation process was really easy with their online tools, the team's communication with us was very punctual, and the quick turn-around for completing the refinance of our mortgage was amazing. Definitely a 5 star team to work with.

  Jon and his team are definitely awesome! They kept us informed during every step of the process and came up with a new solution when our situation changed. They were always available for questions and very responsive to emails. Lori worked very hard on our file and even emailed me while on vacation to make sure I would close on time. They communicated with our builder and real estate agent at the appropriate times during the process. I would recommend them to everyone and if I do buy another home I would love to work with them again!

  Brandi Hottinger and her team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best home buying experience we could ever ask for. Brandi's team was there for us every step of the way.They responded to all of our inquiries at all hours of the day (and night). We have used other lenders in the past, but nothing stood out enough for me to post a review.   Bryant Gatz is fantastic! We feel extremely lucky to have been referred to him by our realtor. Bryant is so generous with his time, taking hours to walk through things with me throughout the process. From the very beginning when he took us on before we even had submitted an offer, to when we did submit an offer and he stood firmly behind us (and that definitely helped our offer stand out), to when it came time to secure the loan and then close. I particularly appreciate how long he spent with me going through our custom situation, experimenting with the variables and crunching all of the numbers repeatedly to perfectly fit our requirements and come up with an optimized formula for our loan conditions. He knows his stuff inside and out, and kept his promises the whole way. And we were pleasantly shocked at how low the closing costs were! Sincere thanks to him and his whole team including Becky Wilcoxon and Chris Deputy for making this a first-class experience.

  Brandi made every step of the loan process as painless chatting with an old friend. Going into my first home buy, I was most worried about having to talk numbers with someone who would talk numbers into the ground and send me on my way but Brandi made it obvious from the beginning that not only is she a wonderful human being but she also cares about the clients she gets paired up with. She made everything easy to understand and made sure that I wasn't confused on anything. I couldn't recommend her and the Fairway team more!
