  At this location like other, services are.fairly good.However I would have given them 5 stars , but recent changes in staff and rude attitude from some staff, particularly at SE corner of Indi and 45 in highland is to be avoided. Customer service is JUST gone done the drain. I think this beautiful local branch of banks was my pride as this family owned business that has served our communities so well, are now loosing its touch of that respect & responsibility towards it customers and now becoming arrogant and thus it shows with their new choices of employees, who are so secure in their position that they could careless how they treated their loyal business customers. I was very disappointed in my last visit this week and felt no efforts from anyone to rectify, even after I expressed my concerns to the teller.Not even “sorry for any inconvenience if this May have caused “ It’s a shame, such a good bank loosing it rating in our communities.

  Worst Bank Ever in this nation and community. I will never recommend. If I can give it a zero star would be better. Rude people work Here. Not Friendly and not Helpful at all go bank soon where else. They don't want your business people are give a chance. There Communist.

  Not sure if it would be right to call this place a bank. They allow people from other countries to steal money from your checking and they didn't even contact me about it. I got no text alerts email no nothing. Then I gotta wait 14 business days to get my substantial amount of money back. I should of just bank my money under my mattress.

  I LOVE Centier! I transferred my account from Chase because I was tired of the fees and I've had an account here for over a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences. The tellers are always really nice, they always have really good drinks/ coffee in the lobby, and there's no fees for the checking account. I over drafted once and after calling, they refunded my fee, which Chase would NEVER do.
