  Moe was a great salesman I definitely will be back for another car very honest and respectful great service!!!! Well that was how I felt Saturday leaving the dealership..... but now it’s Monday and they came to pick up the car because of some reason I’m still not clear of but unfortunately I will not be back for another car the banks that approved suddenly don’t approve.......

  Hello Christella, Thank you for your kind words about Moe and we apologize for the experience you had with us. Every "deal" completed is still subject to have certain verifications met with the finance company. The companies begin the verification process once a vehicle is sold and financed by their company. It is very rare that a verification is not met once the finance companies begin the verification process. However, in your case, a necessary verification required by the finance company was not met. This resulted in the finance company "dropping" your deal. This was to no fault of your own, may I add. Out of respect to your privacy, We will not share the details that caused the finance company to cancel the deal.
