      Before today I would say it is a wonderful bank. I had troubles with my mobile app. Went in to Council street branch and worked with a gentleman for 40 minutes. Could not get my problem solved. Gave me a business card and told me to try a few things at home and call him. He circled the number to call. I called the number twice and the number is NO LONGER in service . Is this his way of dealing with the issue? Give a valid number to return the call. :(

      See before today i would have told anyone that this is the best bank in the USA but I called to make a payment on my line of credit And it's an automated system now You can't even get ahold of anyone So I can't make my payment

      Cody wasn’t interested in helping our family with a mortgage. He took some general information, said he would look into a few things and call back. He didn’t call back. I called him back at the end of the day and he didn’t remember me. He checked his notes and said “oh yeah, there’s nothing we can do.” Go somewhere else for your mortgage needs.

      My only issue was when they changed names, they closed the branch close to us and now I have to drive across town a bit. But the service is great, and they saved our lives helping us with a loan.

      I bank here and just opened an account, i go to Rey for any issues or concerns and hes always spot on with the help and there is never any trouble...they have a great team here and seems like they will go to bat for you with anything if you need it....HIGHLY RECOMMEND banking through CRBT..thanks again Rey!
