  It's a nightmare working with CCF and it always some excuse. The rate we locked in changed and it was out of their control. What does locked in mean? They all of a sudden change underwriting guidelines then there is an issue with appraisals then the title company, totally disrupting our loan process. We're done, it's worth the time and money lost NOT to do business with them.

  Is this place ever open? It's 4:00 in the afternoon and you guys aren't open? It wouldn't be that big of a problem if I could put my money into my account through the ATM but for some reason you're the only Bank in the world that doesn't let me do that.. it's becoming very frustrating!

  Still waiting for a call back on why my app hasn't worked since July 13th happens to be the same day as the phone security system was put in place. I tried to get a tech support number from them so I could take care of it myself but was told they don't have one?? They sure are making more possible for me!!!

  CCF purchased our local small bank and it has been downhill service since. No customer support. Contact us by email, oh but wait, we can't help you with a simple question. Charging fees on accounts I have never been charged on. Frustrating website, hard to navigate. Buy checks from them and get charged twice as much as some other check site. I assumed with them wanted to purchase through them that they would be discounted, not double the cost. Totally disappointed.

  Very slow but people are very friendly wish they would open back up the lobby and get more help but overall good
