  I've been working with CCC Holdings for over a decade. Rick Tifone is extremely easy to work with and has a very professional operation. Draw requests are usually fulfilled within a day of application (national lenders usually take weeks to fulfill). I have renovated over 80 properties in my career and I HIGHLY recommend using CCC Holdings for your funding needs.
