      really good service all the time , when i walk through those doors , Dee Anna is the best , last year( in a few days it will be one year) she was the one who help me with my new account with you guys , and with all my loans , she made my life less stressful, and i thank her for that , kindness

      Worst customer service ever . My CD mature I have had to come in the bank 3 times to move my funds. They keep telling me to come back they are busy . I am ready to lose all my accounts and move my money elsewhere.

      Hands down, best service I have had at a bank/credit union. Ubaldo, the branch manager, quickly assisted me and put me in touch with Jasmine who helped me with financing a new car and opening a new credit card. The service was extremely friendly and their rates are great!

      Went in to open a savings and checking account, staff was great from checking in to Marisol M. helping us along the process. It was a quick and enjoyable experience for being in a bank and having to complete adult tasks. Happy to have found a bank that I will not dread walking into and doing business at.

      This bank has very nice employees. Thats pretty much all I can say about it. Their fees are ridiculous. Their app is the worst. Find another credit union if you can.

      Once again we had a fantastic experience w our home loan working with Sarai Warren, Loan Officer, at CBCFCU. Honestly, CBC Management: give Sarai a raise! And while we haven’t had as much contact with Patty Cervantes, Home Loan Processor, Sarai made it clear Patty worked hard to get this loan closed (& at such an amazingly low interest rate.) Thank you both, Sarai and Patty!

      Ok - but one of the tellers is a mask fanatic - insisting i put my mask up- even though my doctor said i could pull it down periodically to get a clear breath wherever I am.
