  Having returned from Deployment with no idea where I would live, I looked into finally buying a house. The market seemed scary with prices sky rocketing and everyone selling at crazy prices. I didn't let it stop me though. Caton assured me that whatever I was interested in he would try to help me get approved for that amount. He kept me calm through the whole process which helped me find the home that I wanted. He knows his stuff and works with you to make sure you are getting the home you want and filled me in ahead of time with all the breakdowns. I would recommend him to anyone because he was essential in the purchase of my home.

  This is the second time I went to American Mortgage Network. Caton and his team had taken such good care of me. I get immediate response when I reach out to him! My loan went through smoothly like last year when I did my first refi ! Their rates are awesome! I have referred this team to many of my friends who are also very satisfied with their service ! Happy that I am able to save a lot of money in costs and now will save more money on my monthly payment !!!Again winner for the second time for me!!!! Thanks Caton!!! Customer service is excellent !   It's unfortunate that I have to write this review, but things didn't go as planned. Although I don't regret the time we worked with Caton, he has been very helpful, but our latest experience with him had lack of communication and missed opportunities in buying another home for my boyfriend and I. We really wanted to work with Caton, but things just didn't work out. We tried contacting him when we found homes we were really interested in, but we ended up with either a few days late response or no response at all. Our realtor even had trouble contacting him. With that said, we also saw him as a great friend, but was unfortunately blocked from social media by him. This isn't the first time we experienced something like this from him. We just wished he was more understanding of the situation and was happy for us in finding the perfect home. For someone who works in this type of industry, it's known that their clients are bound to look for other options that worked best for them, so it shouldn't be a surprise if we didn't work with him or not. Again, we don't regret working with you and we know how hard you work for your clients, but because of missed opportunities due to lack of communication, we had to work with another lender who was able to help us get the home we wanted and for a lower rate. We wish you the best!

Since then, he's been such a great help and has answered each of our questions so promptly. Even with a quick response, he gives out detailed information you need to know during this exciting and stressful process and you just know, he goes the extra mile to give you the best deal for a loan.   Caton is an absolute true professional! He communicated constant status follow ups on everything during the loan process from the application to Funding! Any questions my wife and I had were answered in a timely manner. Caton took time to explain certain processes which made our understanding of refinancing with the VA streamline (IRRRL) compared to other types (Cashout Refi, HELOC, FHA and Conventional) this made our decision informed and easy. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who isn't familiar with or finds it hard to trust loan reps.
