  Marco helped me today 6/22 he made the process easy for me. He set time expectations and reviewed the necessary. I saw him helping multiple of his coworkers as a person that works retail is much appreciated. He verified information and gave me his business card. It was awesome to see someone engaged doing their job well.

  Beware the bank personnel appears to judge based on what you look like and wear - very noticeable upon trying to open a new business account which had higher fees than listed online. Couldn’t wait to leave-the questioning was like police interrogation! Get a clue science is not in your wheelhouse - I’m sure other highly educated people will find a better banking solution.

  I just go there to cash my work check. The staff is very friendly and nice, they always notify me of the charges since I am not a member, and there is never really a wait when I go in.
