  My entire experience with Spencer and his team was great from start to finish. I had originally reached out to multiple lenders and received great loan estimates from them, ultimately though they were lacking the ability to answer most if not any questions I had. Spencer, right from the get go answered every single question I had and made me feel like I could definitely count on him. From there the process was simple and each team member communicated clearly on what I was required to do or what part of the process we were in. I am really thankful for Spencer and his teams help!

  My first mortgage for my first house. Everything was very nice and smooth! All questions were answered and help provided! Would love to work with Brad again! Two lenders denied my application, but Brad was able to fund my loan and I got really good interest rate! Thank you for perfect experience.

  Had such a smooth and fantastic experience with Spencer Thomas and John McGurk with American Mortgage Network! Spencer Thomas’ expertise was unmatched because he guided me through the best loan type for my new primary residence in a very expensive and competitive market (Las Vegas). I was worried about my DTI being to high because this is my fourth property in 4 years but he quickly put my worries at ease by analyzing my rental incomes from my 3 Rental properties and told me I would be OK! They closed on time and within 30 days! AMN even gave me the option to close a few days early. I highly recommend AMN for our lending needs 🔥🔥🔥

  I had the greatest experience working with Aimee on my mortgage refinance. She was persistent on checking rates to ensure I received a record low interest rate. Once the process started Aimee was timely with clear and concise updates. My loan closed quickly with no issues.   As a real estate broker working a transaction with this company, at no point were my calls or emails returned. Even with a 45 day contract they failed to close on time and didn’t both sourcing all funds until three days before closing. Go to their website and scroll to the bottom, click on that “on time closing guarantee” and it will tell you all you need to know about this company.

  I've used American Mortgage Network for several loans. Yes several because I've been more than satisfied with each loan. The process was easy and they were able to get some loans done that many other lenders couldn't. I highly recommend them.
