Want me take my statement myself and pay 5 dollar for each statement. Try to contract other branch of the Cathay Bank. Help me a lot and warmly. Fax the statement to me with no charge. This is not the first time the elder woman treat me with bad attitude. Hope transfer to other branch.

  I went to Main st Cathay Bank on Monday, made a deposit and asked the banker how to set up Zillow. I didn't expect the service female banker at the window to have a super bad attitude, bad tone and impatient. I have never encountered such treatment. If I say There are people in line behind, that's fine, the point is that it's just me, one is an old Taiwanese aunt, I do deposit services, I just fill in the wrong form and yell at me, I don't deposit with coins, all are 100 yuan in cash , Another young, long-haired girl who served at the window, only saw the famous brand Chen, discriminated and humiliated people repeatedly, because I would not make changes on the Internet, so I went to the bank to ask, hoping to get help, I think the bank is a service industry , how can I speak so unprofessional, and shouted very rudely, telling me to go home and call to make changes, if everyone understands, why go to the bank? I don't want to go to this bank to make deposits or any services in the future.
