  I specifically worked with Brandon at Castle Rock for my first mortgage. My favorite thing about the entire castle rock team is they treat you like a friend, instead of like just another mortgage. In top of that their process is VERY smooth and organized (especially with how chaotic home loans can be)

  I have used Castle Rock for two mortgages now. The first time, we were buying a foreclosure and from the date of application to closing was 15 days! That is unheard of for just an easy transaction, much less on a foreclosure. On our second purchase with them we closed right at 30 days. Brandon and Jamie make every single step of the transaction seamless. Brandon is very good at letting you know upfront everything that he will need from you. As soon as he knows that he needs additional documentation, you know just as quickly. When getting a mortgage at the bank, it can feel like you're asking them to do you a favor. When dealing with Castle Rock, it feels like you're staying at a resort with a butler. They work hard to get your loan completed quickly and in a manner that works for you. I can't say enough good things about this company and the family that runs it. They have my mortgage business and anyone else that I can possibly refer to them!

  I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was to work with Castle Rock! My husband and I decided to buy while he was overseas and they efficiently navigated the ins and outs of the VA loan system as well as what was necessary to sign as a POA. My husband and I sold our current home and purchased a new one in less than a month and that was only possible because of Zach and Elizabeth and their amazing team being on the ball and extremely good at what they do! I highly recommend them!

  Zack Wilbanks is AMAZING! He walked my husband and I through every little detail through our journey to being first time home owners! As a military family, we were out of state while going through the home buying process! I was weary at first but, Zack made us comfortable and kept us informed of every detail! The staff at Castle Rock was quick in getting all of our documents pushed through so we could move into our new home upon arrival in Clarksville! They even set up for us to have pizza for dinner the day we finally received our household goods! I can't say enough good things about Zack, the other staff, and our experience with this company!!!   Castle rock is great Daniel helped me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything and I would get informed very quickly on everything. I even managed to close on a house in under 30 days they are a great organization to purchase a home with.
