  My first experience in getting a loan was easy and simple all thanks to Charles M.... He has customer service down packed....He was the only one in the building today about 1:30 and when I tell you he multitasked everything and everyone was still satisfied and even applauded him because of his awesome customer service skills....I was amazed myself as everyone else....He was awesome and very understanding and helped me with everything...this process was smooth an simple thanks to Charles M....That man needs a raise or something because he did his thing in there respectful and smooth....So glad I came in today and seen him...He was sooo helpful and amazing I can not express how amazing he was today...and for him to be by himself and do all the things that he was doing as well as dealing with me he was amazing I looked forward to seeing Charles M every time I go there!!!! Keep up the good work Charles cause you did that today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
