  Nick Weber has been a pleasure to work with. We were referred to him by our realtor for the purchase of our new home and he did a fantastic job. 6 months later he reached out to us about lower rates and the option to refinance.   I worked with Nick Weber to obtain my first home mortgage. He responds quickly and was on track for everything. When an opportunity for better mortgage terms came about a week after putting in the offer on my home, he notified me right away and got everything set up and still had closing documents to title 6 days before our scheduled closing date and was ready to close a week before that. He kept my real estate agent updated every couple of days and with every step of the process. As a 1st time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and Nick answered every question and even recalculated mortgage rates and payments for me when I couldn’t decide between multiple houses. Nick is great! You should definitely consider talking to him if you are ready to buy your home.

  Nick was incredibly responsive, always on top of it. Never had to worry about this part of the process, I knew Nick was there checking all the details and ensuring a smooth sail. Zero complaints and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Also, he made sure we got a good, locked-in interest rate just before a big hike.
