  After reading others reviews, I can't agree more with everyone who has expressed their deepest thanks to Pam H., she has gone above and beyond any expectations that me and my wife could have imagined. We had been working with another Loan Officer that had screwed us around and cost us our dream home, entered Pam to save the day. We were unable to get the original home that we had built, but with Pam help she was able to guide me and my wife on how to rebuild our credit and with that was able to rebuild our dream home over again and even better than the first. We will never be able to Thank You enough.

  When one is self-employed like myself, everything financial is a bit more complex. I could not have been more fortunate to have Pam Herron (of Castle Cooke Mortgage) as my advocate. Both before and after every hoop I had to jump through, there was Pam cheering me on, providing expert advice, and helping me to not spin-out, lose my temper, or become exasperated. Pam felt like a longtime friend helping me, and that is what I got: a friend, and a refinanced mortgage with great terms/fees/rate.   Pam did a loan for a customer of mine. I have been a REALTOR for 38+ years. I know a good loan officer when I see one! She knows her stuff which means a better loan for the buyer. She has many programs to meet the customers needs and she knows the tricks of the trade to make it happen and make it happen on time! I highly suggest you talk to her!
