  Charged me twice in a week. Still havent gotten my refund. Very upset. I need that money, but the people here dont care because it does not affect them. Will never recommend. By the time I get my money back another payment will be due. Complete b.s.

  Careful letting them have your title, I paid my loan off on the 3rd of the month my check cleared the bank on the 5th. I sold my vehicle and I wanted my title. I called Cashtime to see what I can do to get my title from the state. I was told to bring in a bank statement showing the check had cleared. I did this on the 11th. I was told that my title would be released in 2 hrs. I went to the DMV on the 12th and the title was not released from Cashtime. I called Cashtime again and I was told 24 hrs. But hold on while I talk to my manager. THEN I was told 24 to 48 hrs. I checked with the DMV on the 13th and my title still had not been released. Do any of these people know what is going on. Cashtime even went as far as to blame DMV for not excepting the release of my title. I will never do business with this company again. I was told when I took out the loan that as soon as it was paid if I wanted my title soon I could go to the DMV and pay to get it sooner.THAT WAS A LIE!!!! Paid off on the 3rd, check cleared 5th, it now the 13 and I can't get the title. Don't believe what they tell you. Shop around and pick a different company.

Title releases are generally processed the same day, but can take longer and sometimes we need to resubmit. We encourage you to call store management directly to ensure everything is taken care of.   The customer service was good but never got my title back through the mail and now I have to visit the DMV on my day off and pay more money to get another title.
