  Of this review, i only have one regret - i do not remember their names. I wanted to review and identify each one individually so their superiors at the top would know how nice and customer oriented. What was just a routine proceedure turned out to be pleasant experience. Not just with the incredibly nice employee who was my loan agent, but ALL of them there engaged in a happy, light hearted conversation that made us all laugh about life and 'funny' things. I was treated with respect, courtesy and kindness, as if i was a family member or somebody special. They were the special ones....and i hope this review goes to the desk of their supervisor, superior, boss, CEO...whoever they are...i will be offended if they do not commend this wonderful group of gals.

  Nesha and I think Shaniya was her name had great customer service and they were very explanatory on the loan and recommended me to rate them on their customer service today. I will be back to apply again soon because of them

  Great service from great workers! Sabrina was the biggest sweetheart and made me feel really at ease while processing my transaction. I'd recommend her and this store to anyone who needed it.

  I loved the customer service that I received while visting the cash store. I felt welcome the entire time and they took the time to get me taken care of in a timely manner . I am definitely going to refer my family and friends!

  This store is a scam. And they have literally called me every day of this past month. I have tried to reach the corporate office and find out why they put my name on some list, and the number for that keeps hanging up after making you wait while it plays cheesy music for five minutes!
