  I came in today to see if I can get a lil loan n I spoke with Fiona over the phone she was clear with the info that was given to me and was able to do it n I also would like to thank Lindsey so much for giving me her time n effort as a professional rep so I would like to thank these two professional ladies for what they have done for me today thank you sooooooo much for the help n I would be coming back if I need help again god bless these two wonder hard workers 🙏😍

  Fiona was amazing helped us out when we really needed it and Got us approved less than 30 minutes I would refer Fiona and the Cash store in Rio rancho to anybody thank you so much Fiona.

  I received a promo in the mail so I figured I would come check it out. As SOON as I walked in, everyone welcomed me! Not that fake welcome but a genuine HEYYYY, Welcome! I was like "OKAY! I like thisss!" I started the process online and it took a good 20 mins to complete everything on their end but it was fine. The ladies were chatting with me and we spoke about everything under the Sun. Leticia took care of me and she was a GEM! Super kind, explained the process and all of my options and was very patient when I had questions. I would definitely would use the Cash Store again and more specifically, the Rio Rancho location. Leticia and the team made me feel like a person and not a bother. Awesome service.

  Walked into this location with my wife, not really sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in, Alice made my wife and I feel welcome. It was a relaxed atmosphere, and she helped us a lot filling out the forms. She made us feel at ease; so much different than going into a bank ! In less than an hour, we walked out with cash in our hands, and peace of mind that we could pay some extra bills. So useful, so friendly, we highly recommend this place to others ! Alice is the BEST !!!

  We LOVE staffs are very friendly also they want learn few sign language from me. So... Cash Store is very good helping us loan for bills and the kids’ birthdays as emergency a little. Payments are reduced not bad to us.

  Michelle is absolutely amazing!!!!! She went above and beyond to help me get a loan!!! You have made a customer for life out of me. I will come back and bring friends. Amazing amazing!!!! Michelle deserve a raise for all her hard work! Super sweet and best personality I have ever seen for someone working in a loan place!
