  Luz was amazing! She helped me get the money I needed and she treated me, my sister, and my daughter so well! The paper work was fast and easy. And I was out on my way to get what I needed paid off!!! When I came back to pay my first payment luz was so nice impatient because I forgot my wallet. She help me find ways to lower my payment!!!! 5 out of 5 star help!!!!

  Great customer service! They are very helpful even though I do not have a loan there. The girls will do anything just to help you get approved.. they do go beyond in helping you with the loan process and they make the environment very comfortable. I do recommend going here because they are very friendly and they have very convienant hours!

  My wife and I were long time customers of this location. We have always paid our payments on time, and in full. With our last loan, the store began calling our phone the day before the payment was due, to ask if we were making the payment. No big deal. Today, when the payment is actually due, they began calling our references and asking if we would be in to pay our payment. This is very unprofessional and uncalled for, especially considering our spotless payment and loan history. We will not be doing business with any of The Cash Store locations after this.
