  THIS PLACE RUINED MY LIFE!! If I could give it -5 stars I would! Gave me a loan of $360, told me $68 payments every two weeks till it’s paid off. I’ve been doing those payments for about 5 months and NOW OWE more than they loaned me, how does that make any sense? Oh wait, cause I just found out the interest rate is 403%!!! ITS BEYOND ME. Then gave me a number for a complaint hotline, called the hotline and then sent me to a voicemail? No informative customer service. This place is a joke. Definitely do not recommend

The interest rate (Annual Percentage Rate; APR) is the rate of interest that you would end up paying if your loan was left outstanding and accruing interest for an entire year. The fees wind up being less when a loan is paid back on time.   One of the customers service there is nice. But the other customer service in there they Judgmental the interest it’s to high I wondering how they can people afforded if you had one job? I can still believe the interest to high I had a loan her but when I got Problem I’m on my own they want me to pay every other 2 weeks but the interest is to high and I can’t avaible to pay back a asoon I can because they don’t let me pay each month. If I knew the interest is high I won’t get loan here but that day I had emergency that why I apply to get it. Even some loan they let you pay monthly because I had a friend who work at loan store she say they let you pay monthly and the interest is not that to high and no fee just the interest I barrow just 1,900 and I will be paying 4,200 something and every day the interest when high when you don’t pay asap.. I fell this too much to customers that take a loan that why I ask for helped to when to collections stead so I can make a payment that I don’t rid of my friend when her she has same issue that I have and she told me the interest to high and all that fee and she told me that she fell like this a scam because the interest and the fee. If I pay all of my payment I Wouldn’t take a loan any more I learned my lesson.. My personal oppion is let your interest go down and no extra charges because some people can’t afforded to pay that why they make loan to helped them but if this kind of rules and your interest high and has extra fee you ripping you of your customers. I really don’t like the one lady who works there she judge me already that I’m not gonna pay it that day I just being quite but I’m piss of. Let’s your interest a little bit lower and extra fee so your Previews customer they can pay off they loan a soon they can. I let mind go to collections because I can’t afford to pay it other 2 weeks I let has monthly plan so I can pay a soon I can. I never again take a loan any more.

  Giant ripoff. Untrained staff. Asked 2 places to have the area mgs call me. Never called. Karen didn't know how to print a receipt. Stay away if you know what's good for you.

  Super nice staff, money available fast and easy. Interest rates are high, but that is unavoidable with a payday loan. Overall very pleasurable experience at this location.

  This store has been great each time I have had to do a quick loan. Fast & Friendly, interest rates abit high so pay it off as soon as you can
