  This location has excellent customer service and is incredibly courteous. Marie is a kind worker who is incredibly helpful and patient with the customers. If I am ever in need of emergency funds, this is my go to due to the professional and great environment.

  I’ve been coming here for now 2.5 years. Each and every single time, I feel so welcomed by Marie. Any questions or concerns is always answered promptly. I do appreciate the courtesy call reminder which HELPS a lot. There’s not too many loan stores that are friendly and respectful other than Advance America in Mundelein, Illinois.   I was in a hard spot and decided to look up payday loans. The woman not only helped me but explained so many options that are available to me for an extremely affordable rates. I hardly leave reviews but she went above and beyond. I highly recommend!! Side note: I was looking for a pay day loan and with her explanation of options I decided to go with a payments installment loan so I can pay back in multiple payments if needed. They have options... .Go there!

  Went in for information on there services and the female working there was very knowledgeable. I will be doing my numbers and see if I really need the services they offer but I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for extra cash
