  Would never go again, the assistant manager and another gentleman that were there were not very welcoming, seemed liked they hated their job...I can tell she didn't want to help at all...so rude.

  I do have to say A few days ago I needed some instant cash at 6pm and The Cash Store Saginaw got me out of a bind. I came in soaking wet from pouring rain and the girls there treated me so well, Brooke and Kat(think it’s their names) we’re top notch. They came processed my app and got cash on hand and was out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you for the awesome service and definitely will use you guys once the future.

  Painless simple process and pretty quick in my opinion. Service was exceptional. I dealt with Cecilia that went over and above to make sure I understood and was satisfied. I will use them again should the need arise. Thanks

  The employees are fine but this company is so wrong for how they do business. If you can’t pay your loan off quickly stay away from this place. A 250.00 loan can end up costing you over a thousand!!!!

  terrible staff, the Hispanic women was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She rolled her eyes and acted as if she didn’t want to come to work

  We had more trouble getting through the Tuesday afternoon traffic than getting a loan. Fast service and courteous staff.
