  Oh how I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the place to get your jewelry. It doesn't matter if it's gold ring , silver ring, a watch especially they have great prices that can't be beat honestly . Also they have games here too & bikes for sale at a way better price for than buying it at a shop . They have all kind of tools and Electronics like, TV'S, gaming systems and I believe some bass for your car or home. They are nice once you get to know them . They are very good at their job and just do it well no slacking off . Very knowledgeable and direct right to the point. The nice thing is though with them they will help you too . You can bring in valuables and get money or a loan too. Not to bad when in a pinch. So I just wanted to say thanks to all the people that work for CASH POINT I love your work ethic and you all.   What should I say...this location earns a five star if I was here to receive a lecture on pricing, feel patronized and not fed up with lowball offers. Who in the world prices an unopened Bose 700 for $99 within 18months of product release basing off of eBay? Have you done local market research for your pricing competitiveness? Sure I understand that a pawnshop business needs to increase the margin to pay your already underpaid staff and other op costs, but a >60% markdown from the retail price? And then you could sell at $200 for a 100% profit? Good try.

  This is not your typical pawn shop. The staff there is very friendly. BUYING: the store is clean and well-organized. The stuff is friendly the prices are a little high but they are willing to be flexible. SELLING: the prices they offer our Fair considering that they have to store and make a profit on the item they're buying from you. Most people who go to pawn shops expect to get full market value for their item. If you understand that that is not possible, you'll find it they are very reasonable and fair and willing to work with you.

  Exceptional customer service very polite. Definitely willing to negotiate a fair price for both of you. Also if you’re looking to pawn tool’s/ other random accessories like the product in my photo. Absolutely recommend going there for any tool pawns or sales.

  I visited their Medford, MA location today and was very impressed. They had a nice selection that you don't usually find. Beyond that, the customer service from their employee Nathan superseded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and kind even though I was indecisive. Definitely giving them my business in the future.

  I went to cash point for the first time today to get an estimate on some of my old gold jewelry. They asked me the regular question to see if my items were truly mine. After testing the jewelry I was told that all of my jewelry was fake or gold plated. This also includes a Michael Kors Dylan watch that i still have the receipt for. After leaving I went to the local Jewelry store less than three minutes away to see if I can have my things tested again. All of items were tested and came back 14k gold and 14k white gold with great estimates for each piece. I was very upset about this but I was told this happens all the time and some people end up selling their jewelry for almost nothing.

  Unprofessional. Will laugh right in your face if you disagree. Compared to empire loan and Suffolk pawn cash point gives you the lowest on your items. I inquired about that and the response I got was this is a business not a charity. So yeah I definitely wont be going back there and I'd advise others to steer clear of this pawn shop.

  I bought a couple of guitars off them. They quoted me a price one-on-one and then change their price up. Wasn't totally impressed but I guess they we're pretty fair prices weren't really the greatest competitive with everybody else the runs pawn
