  Excellent customer service. Got my banking card retained by other's bank ATM on Friday after 6 p.m., went to the Medford branch next day and got the card replacement in less then fifteen minutes. Michni (branch manager) was very helpful.

  What can I say I just love this branch. The employees are really professional here. Michni the branch manager is awesome and gets back to you quickly. She makes the loan process smooth and she makes sure you are aware of any options. I’ve worked with Justin in the past too and he was great as well. This is a great credit union with amazing employees. If you want great service that is efficient please go to this branch!

  Ive been a member of this bank for years. I had an issue earlier today with my online banking and happened to speak with a very well spoken woman named Penny. She helped me out with all i needed, answered all my questions, and took care of me in a timely manner. I will continue to bank with this credit union as long as this service continues. thank you penny and MPCU

  I often do not often write reviews but had to after witnessing these series of events (writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who was discriminated against because of his skin color or because he has a "funny" name) It is so sad to be writing this in 2018 : Kim, a bank teller , at MPCU, repeatedly refused to assist or provide information when my boyfriend was asking about depositing money to his credit union bank account that is with another Credit union, not MPCU. More often than not, Credit unions have shared agreements and are able to complete this, but some do not. Instead of providing such information, Miss I will cope with a condescending attitude, felt the answer "i just cant find you in the system there is nothing else I can tell you" was sufficient enough. After calling our credit union to further understand the problem, we discovered that members of other credit unions can deposit money at the ATM. Hi Kim, this would of been helpful information to share. Next day, bf calls to complain to the assistant branch manager about the lack of customer service (mind you this is the second time he has dealt this this type of service at this branch) and rude response he received, the assistant branch manager then THREATENS to call the cops for abuse! Not sure when calling to complain about rude customer service became part of an abuse charge-- or are you threatening to call to call the cops because the customer is brown? Again, sad that is continues to occur in 2018.

Our mission at Members Plus is to provide as much assistance as possible to anyone who visits our branches. We investigated your situation and as it turns out the ATM at our Medford location was mistakenly listed as an ATM that accepts deposits on the shared ATM network. But in fact that is not the case at this location. This is why our staff did not communicate this information with your boyfriend. We appreciate you bringing this mistake to our attention so that we can get this listing rectified. We do have one location in Dorchester that does accept foreign ATM deposits.   I frequent this bank a few times a month for ahared banking. I considered opening a an account but they are not friendly or courtesy. Even listening to them on phone to other customers they just lack customer service.

  Unbelievably rude and disgusting customer service from the teller. Will not be returning. I don't understand why this bank lets this person slide when SO MANY other people have complained about her.
