  Terrible service and terrible treatment. Well at least to myself. I felt somewhat down graded and the man that serviced me wasn't polite at the very least. Spoke negatively to me about a previous loan that wasn't even taken out. Very rude from the moment I walked in and not polite like I said not to myself. Gave me the run around. Honestly still don't know how he came up with the numbers he entered as my income with all documentation in front of his face. I received what I'm thinking, the least loan possible. Left emails and voicemails at corporate haven't heard from them as of yet. Waiting WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

  I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is always very accommodating. And they will work with you if you have something personal going on. I would definitely recommend this business.

  Received a stimulus check 10 days ago, and with the Co-Vid 19 taking place, all Secretary of States were closed down. Of course my I.D was expired and no way of cashing the Stimulus check. I tried everywhere to cash it and had no luck . I really need to open up a bank account and still was not able to. Thanks to Cash Plus I was able to bring other required documentation to cash my stimulus. Low and behold I am a happy man today. Bills got paid and I am now on my way to looking for a job and a better life.

  Great customer service, clean and safe. Best rates in town for check cashing, they also buy gift cards which is a cool program. They offer so many different services which makes this a must in Toledo for financial needs.

  Very good at cashing 401k checks. Very reasonable prices for them to cash. I would definitely recommend. No issues at all. Great and friendly place.

  Terrible experience at this place. They do not want to help people, even if you have a steady stream of income. I went directly to their competitor and got exactly what I wanted! Would not recommend to anyone.
