  Never buy a gun from this place, rude hateful and refuses to transfer your item in the Legal time frame. 10 business days will come and go and your out what you bought. RUDE.

  I came into the shop with my husband on video phone(he is a truck driver and cant come in during their hours) as I was going to look at purchasing multiple firearms. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for and I stated I was looking at for a few rifles. Someone asked what I was looking for I asked my husband what the gun was he was looking for and he said it and I was then ignored. Then i was telling him about some of the guns that were there. When he asked me to see what it looked like i showed him via video and she threw an attitude about me showing him. You posted your inventory on facebook. I wasn't recording nor was there any sign saying we couldn't video chat. I have done this multiple times in many other shops and even have had the person behind the counter talk to my husband. So if you are looking for firearms and good customer service this place is far from the right one.

  Love this place! Everyone is So cool and inviting. Just a really good environment as soon as you walk in the door. Took well care of my firearms and also removed rust without me asking. I will forever do business here when Pawning, purchasing, and selling. I give them a solid 5 STAR! 110% Recommend! -Guy with the Mugshot Shirt.

  Honestly one of the better pawn shops. I know that the bar isn't very high, but this place really isn't trying to take advantage of customers beyond the inherent nature of what a pawn shop is. Will give you a fair price, letting you know exactly how they come up with their offer. If you are in a situation where you are in need of a pawn shop's services, I would go to this one over others.

  They are probably the only place I will go to pawn anything. I went to several other pawn shops to get a loan on my brand new $600+ portable band saw and was offered around $20. Cash Northwest loaned me $150. Came back several weeks later, paid off loan and got it back with no issues whatsoever. Great place.

  Cash Northwest ROCKS! I got a real good deal on an electric Ibanez bass, an acoustic guitar with a soft case, a Marshall amplifier and a small 1800 watt generator for camping, they even through in a cable for free with the amplifier to plug into the Bass. I got a real good discount on the items i bought as well. Cash Northwest made my Christmas this year!

  I've worked with them on a bunch of items I decided to sell or pawn during hard times. When I forgot about some items they gave me a courtesy call to ask if I would like to renew the loan.....rather than putting it up on the shelf. Great selection of decent quality tools at a very fair price as well.
